If anyone has extra mangoes laying around feel free to give them to me. I make awesome Mango Cream Pies and now I make awesome Mango Jam. (I'm still perfecting it but whatever.)

I want to make mint jelly, but I don't plan on making lamb any time soon. Any suggestions on what to do with mint jelly?
You could put it on chocolate bread.
ReplyDeleteActually, that might be kind of gross. I've never had lamb with mint jelly. That's too high class for me.
When I get the recipe right, I'll can it and send you a jar.
