I'm sick. I think I have a cold. My daughter is sick too. My sister and her kids are sick too. I think my mom is getting sick. I sure hope our nanny doesn't get sick.

I hate Walmart!
If you place an order on November 14 and receive a shipment confirmation on November 16, wouldn't you expect that your items would arrive before December 25? It seems reasonable to me.
It was a Christmas present for my nephew and my husband. I called and spoke with Cherie on December 20 or 21 and was told that my nephew's gift was out of stock and it'd be refunded and James' gift would be resent - I figured I'd get it by his birthday (a week after Christmas). So I called again on December 30 and Julie told me that both items were refunded. I told her how irritating this was and that I was told the item would be resent not refunded. So she said she'd send another one - and I made sure she expressed to me that it would be free of charge. Well, I checked my email today to find that they charged me for the item and the shipping! So I called them up again - in the end Shaquita told me she'd refund me - but if the carrier scans the package and it is shown as received i'll be automatically charged for it - I DON"T EVEN GET TO KEEP IT after all the crap they gave me.
AHHH! I just got my refund email and they aren't refunding my shipping.
Ok, so once again they fed me a bunch of crap on the phone. Norma said that I've been refunded for the full amount, my email says I've been refunded for $6.97 less than the ful amount! I said, "I've had enough with this order...I just want to make sure I get refunded the full amount...I guess I'll just have to wait 3 to 5 days to see if I get it all." After her third looong pause in the conversation Norma said, in her little girl-like voice, "you will". What is that?!? If I don't get it all - I'm gonna complain like there's no tomorrow and I'll encourage everyone I know who uses walmart.com not to use it anymore.
And that's why I hate Walmart. I no longer shop at walmart.com.
