Sheesh....quiche.

I always say if I could go back to school, I'd like to become a pastry chef.

Last night while I was making my quiches for today's farewell party, my mom said, "locals don't really like quiche". I ignored her....more than just locals will be at the party. When I walked in the office this morning Laureen said, "what's that?", I said, "quiche", she said, "what's quiche?". I laughed. Yeah, it's not that funny, but whatever.
